FAQ's

How much time will each module take?

This program is substantial in its content but is not demanding of your time. The practices are intended to be woven into the fabric of your day. You might choose to do everything on Day One, which will take about 1 1/2 hours total, or spread it out over the week. The practices are short. I would suggest repeating them over the week to create momentum. Everything will make you feel great, so you will be more than happy to participate!

I can't do yoga/ can't meditate/ can't concentrate or sit still .

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah...I've heard it all before, but lucky you - I teach yoga & meditation to people who say they can't do either!
I make these practices very accessible. They build on each other over the weeks. I need to know you are safe on your own, so all the physical stuff is doable.

We don't need fancy shapes, just effective ones.

I give suggestions for modifications, & suggest appropriate use of props like blankets, to make us more comfortable in the poses.

These are called practices for a reason - we are always evolving - no-one started off being excellent at anything. And besides, everyone in my class always gets a gold star.

Showing up is the most important thing, with a willingness to explore. I promise, the stretches and movements will only make you feel good.

Do I have to give up wine and coffee and sugar and......

Nope.
I will give you some yummy, simple, super delicious recipes to try, and I will encourage you to be mindful of your intake of all of your 'treats'.

We are aiming for uplifting, not depleting practices & habits. This is not about denying, more about paying attention so we can moderate and enjoy all of the things we love.
