Feeding ourselves should be an easy way to nourish ourselves, but we get bamboozled by the choices, the information, the mis-information, not to mention our lives, which can get overwhelming at times, leading us to make not so good decisions when it comes to food.
Let's try not to complicate what should be a fairly straight forward approach to eating well.
While the information presented in these workshops are suitable for all, we do not discuss in detail chronic digestive issues. We focus more on the psychology of eating, and the strategies for a good diet, before tucking in to a delicious wholefood meal.
